We conduct assessment once a year on capabilities and performance. Assessment results are utilized in all areas of human resource management, including compensation, promotion and HR training.

Promotion

Regular promotion : We conduct regular promotion review on those employees who reach the required number of years for promotion.
Special promotion : We conduct special (early) promotion review on those outstanding employees.
